Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong experience in FCA reporting and compliance.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Contribute to long-term financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Serve as a key finance business partner for various departments, offering strategic financial advice.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Assist in managing corporate risk, including financial risk, operational risk, and compliance risk.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, including adherence to capital adequacy requirements and liquidity thresholds.
• Lead the preparation of statutory financial reports and regulatory returns to the FCA.
• Support post-merger integration and alignment of financial practices.
