Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in contract processing, accounting, or a similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
  • Experience with contract management software or ERP systems.

  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Review, process, and maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices are issued and payments are tracked effectively.
  • Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records.
  • Monitor contract deadlines, including renewals and terminations, and ensure adherence to financial and legal obligations.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contract discrepancies or financial issues.
  • Support the finance team with special projects, such as financial reporting, tax preparation, and audit assistance.
  • Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in contract and financial workflows.
  • Maintain systematic documentation for contracts, invoices, and financial records.
  • Provide administrative assistance for finance-related tasks, such as preparing expense reports and submitting receipts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Generate custom financial reports and analyses to support decision-making.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks as assigned by the team or leadership.
