Requirements:

Familiarity with IT Security concepts
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position
Two-year degree preferred
Familiarity with firewall and email protocols preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in Portuguese

Demonstrated technical troubleshooting and analysis abilities
