Requirements:

• Experience managing high volume caseload of complex ER cases
• Detailed understanding of employment law and best practices
• Ability to manage conflict and provide advise
• Experience with works councils and employee forums desirable

Responsibilities:

• Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations cases
• Develop managerial competency in goal setting and wellbeing support
• Partner with stakeholders to implement employee relations policies
• Lead and develop the People Advisors team
• Review and update people policies to ensure best practice
