• 3+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles and experience working with financial platforms and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable internet connection for seamless remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Handle journal entries, payroll, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage financial data from multiple sources and ensure accurate input into QuickBooks Online. Must be able to quickly learn new financial systems.
• Conduct financial analysis, evaluate financial performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, reporting, and data management.
• Identify financial discrepancies, analyze complex financial data, and implement corrective actions.
• Effectively communicate financial issues and deadlines to team members and management, ensuring employees complete Fyle transactions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accuracy in financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Work with various financial tools and platforms, ensuring smooth data integration and reporting.
