Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant program / project management experience.
- 3+ years of technical program management experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business leads,
- Ability to tailor communication style to technical and non-technical audiences, and to different levels of leadership.
- Extensive experience driving strategic, cross-functional initiatives that support top level company goals.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation.
- Domain knowledge in business systems needed to support core sales, service, or marketing functions.
- Ability to understand technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program, and a willingness to deep dive into complex business problems to identify gaps.
Responsibilities:
- Enable organization transformation through the management of complex programs that span across multiple teams and organizations.
- Guide strategic organizational planning, such as quarterly and annual planning activities.
- Drive a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring that the program scope, status, risks, dependencies, and timelines are being communicated effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and apply the appropriate program management methodologies, tools, and processes needed to support the team through all phases of planning and execution.
- Anticipate risk areas and bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance tradeoffs between business needs and technical / resource constraints.
- Facilitate steering committees and executive review meetings as needed to ensure executive alignment is maintained.
- Establish a framework for tracking goals and alignment to OKRs, program statuses, and metrics to measure business impact.
