Requirements:

• Excellent English skills (C1 level)
• Strong accounting background
• Ability to handle escalations and resolve financial issues efficiently
• Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation
• Experience in customer service
• Analytical and research skills
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
• Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Handle escalations related to financial discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
• Support financial reporting and reconciliation processes
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Meet team KPIs
• Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
• Maintain working knowledge of client’s products and services
