Requirements:

• 6–9 years of experience in digital marketing and design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, XD, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Strong understanding of mobile-specific and responsive design
• Mastery of typography, illustration, layout, and color theory
• Experience designing high-performing video ads
• Familiarity with Google Web Designer & DV360 Ad Templates
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling designs for online content
• Design, resize, and optimize assets for various platforms
• Test and refine creatives based on performance insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project alignment
• Leverage AI tools for high-impact visuals
• Track and analyze creative performance to enhance campaigns
