Requirements:

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality visual assets; such as polished wireframes, prototypes, clear and consistent design documentation, and UI components—while ensuring brand consistency and contributing to design systems.
• Heavy focus on interaction design, creating intuitive interactions that guide users effectively toward their goals.
• Ability to create prototypes for rapid testing and iteration
• Experience with methods like user journey mapping and jobs-to-be-done as an input to design decisions.
• Expertise in planning, conducting, interpreting, and synthesizing user research to identify key pain points and opportunities in the acquisition funnel.
