- Communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, and other departments.
- Plan and conduct activities tailored to adult learners.
- Prepare instructional materials and presentations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Develop new or modify existing training content.
- Provide a positive environment for active engagement in the learning process.
- Track metrics and performance of new hires.
