Requirements:

• Previous facilitation experience in call center sales environments.
• Experience as a virtual facilitator with a strong understanding of online facilitation best practices.
• Knowledge of Medicare and ACA.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Prior call center leadership experience.
• Ability to use effective engagement techniques.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in follow-up and time management.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Innovative approach to facilitation and knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
• Experience in designing and developing training content.
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite.
• Active Health Insurance License and up to date on Continuing Education.
• Corporate Trainer Certified and College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Providing virtual facilitation and adult learning subject matter expertise on special projects.
• Facilitate virtual training for licensed and non-licensed agents.
• Communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, and other departments.
• Plan and conduct activities tailored to adult learners.
• Prepare instructional materials and presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Develop new or modify existing training content.
• Provide a positive environment for active engagement in the learning process.
• Track metrics and performance of new hires.
