Requirements:
  • Previous facilitation experience in call center sales environments.
  • Experience as a virtual facilitator with a strong understanding of online facilitation best practices.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and ACA.

  • Prepare instructional materials and presentations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Develop new or modify existing training content.
