Requirements:

• Experience in data science / advanced analytics / statistical modelling experience, ideally within Sales/Marketing/Finance.
• Working knowledge of machine learning algorithms, particularly supervised learning with Python.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (in Snowflake) to manipulate data.
• Ability to craft precise analytical questions and engage in data cleaning and quality.
• Understanding of causal inference methods and econometric techniques.
• Top-tier communication skills in English to distill complex concepts for senior leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Initially focusing on developing and maintaining KPIs and dashboards with the rest of the team.
• Liaising productively with Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers and business teams to ensure effective data products.
• Building predictive models around various business problems within Revenue Analytics.
• Maintaining data pipelines and models, calibrating them for changing conditions.
• Using causal inference techniques to identify successful initiatives.
• Owning important business questions and advancing analytics standards.
