Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in civil litigation in a law firm environment.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and work collaboratively with a team.
• Broad litigation experience including drafting, arguing, and defending motions; taking and defending depositions.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle various litigation matters including wrongful death, contract and business disputes, premises liability, and personal injury claims.
• Manage all aspects of cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal strategy, research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery.
• Argue motions in court, attend mediations, and trial.
