Requirements:

• 4 - 7 years of digital communications, advocacy, or fundraising experience.
• Strong project management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent creative and written communication skills.
• Understanding of digital communications best practices related to email, digital advertising, and social media.
• Experience with email advocacy and online fundraising tools, preferably EveryAction.
• Experience in paid digital ad optimization, including Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day email program in EveryAction including drafting, scheduling, and sending communications.
• Coordinate the editorial calendar for digital content to align with messaging and campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and optimize deliverability.
• Assist in executing national awareness campaigns and analyze performance data for optimization.
• Manage digital acquisition efforts to grow the member and donor lists.
