Account Executive (Federal Civilian / Tribal)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling directly to government and using government contract vehicles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce as a client relationship management tool.
• Knowledge of federal and state grants, grant writing process, and lifecycle.
• Understanding of federal government agencies and customers, especially with Tribal Nations.
• Extensive knowledge of acquisition regulations and government budgeting processes.
• Clear communication skills for briefing senior executives.
• Proven ability for accurate long-range forecasting of business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies to capture qualified opportunities.
• Execute the strategy, including customer engagement and opportunity shaping.
• Ensure the successful win with the customer.
• Partner with the Federal team for customer contact plan and relationship establishment.
• Drive marketing campaign plans for the Tribal market.
• Provide accurate long-term forecasting.
