Requirements:

• Ideally 10+ years of professional visual design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices across digital, UI/UX, and print.
• Exceptional typography skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with digital design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Proven track record in creating successful visual design systems and brand guidelines.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating versatility in style and medium.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead visual design direction for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, product launches, and corporate communications.
• Create mood boards and final design assets for marketing and branding initiatives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive brand design systems including typography and color palettes.
• Design marketing materials across digital advertising, social media, email templates, and presentation decks.
• Develop visual concepts for site experiences, events, trade shows, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with content teams to create effective graphics and data visualizations.
• Mentor junior designers to maintain consistent quality and brand standards.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay current with design trends and tools.
