Requirements:

• CS degree in an IT related field.
• 3+ years of proficiency in data manipulation, e.g., SQL and Python.
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar software.
• Direct experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
• Experience programming to extract, transform, and clean large (multi-TB) datasets.
• Ability to understand business customer needs and abstract them into data requirements.
• Excellent Excel and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in developing reports aligning with pre-defined metrics.
• Exemplary analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize software tools to manipulate, validate, and update large datasets.
• Manage development of dashboards including requirements gathering, development, testing, and delivery.
• Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage ticketing queue and support requests for ad-hoc data analysis.
• Gather and document business requirements into actionable data sets.
• Set and manage KPIs for sales.
• Develop executive-ready reporting and visualizations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Steward of data governance.
• Improve forecast modeling based on historical data.
