Requirements:
  • 3+ years in field marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate closely across geographically dispersed marketing teams.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills suitable for various environments.
  • Interest in fast-paced environments and a desire to learn quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and follow through on deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver field marketing activities and programs across the Canadian and LATAM sales regions.
  • Work closely with regional sales leaders to develop quarterly campaigns and events tailored to local markets.
  • Plan, manage, and execute field marketing campaigns and events across assigned sales segments.
  • Execute geographically focused campaigns to shorten the sales cycle for key accounts.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end event sponsorships including contracts, vendor negotiations, booth logistics, and onsite execution.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute cohesive, integrated campaigns.
  • Assist with campaign setup and event registration pages.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and invoice payments.
  • Conduct weekly reporting on field marketing activities.
  • Handle event communication for sales teams including templates and post-show emails.
  • Assist with account-based marketing campaigns including set-up and swag shipments.
