Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures, with a focus on ASC 606.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and streamline workflows.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare general ledger account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and data verification.
  • Review revenue contracts for compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
  • Manage revenue and third-party expense schedules while supporting timely financial close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals.
  • Assist with financial and SOX audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Participate in process improvement projects and contribute to the implementation of the Revenue Engine system.
  • Collaborate with management on special projects, ad-hoc requests, and other assigned tasks.
