Requirements:

• A MSc or PhD in a healthcare or scientific-related subject (e.g., epidemiology, statistics, Health Data Science).
• Experience in healthcare RWE research within industry, consultancy, or academia.
• Strong scientific knowledge of conducting observational studies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build working relationships.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office and knowledge of statistical techniques.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SQL, SAS or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define research objectives, outcomes, and data requirements for RWE studies.
• Evaluating and recommending appropriate RWE methods and data sources based on client needs.
• Developing study protocols for RWE projects and preparing study reports.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting internal stakeholders.
