Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in management/business process consulting with responsibilities for managing senior stakeholders and securing new project wins.
  • Alternatively, 10+ years of experience selling enterprise business software at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO) in a new business focused field sales role.
  • Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of processes and KPIs within Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Experience in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in line of business (LOB).
  • Solid understanding of the Utilities, Telco, or FSI industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high growth environment with positivity and creative thinking.
  • Willingness to be collaborative and embrace diversity.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage global players in the Utility, Telco or FSI industry, from both new business and existing customer perspectives, employing a land-and-expand model.
  • Engage cross line-of-business at C-level and below to represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions.
  • Hold individual revenue targets for closing six to seven-figure deals within your accounts.
  • Engage closely with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors.
  • Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams including various managers and representatives.
