Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Product Management success developing and managing products at scale in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in Product-Led growth strategy.
• Experience in creating product plans, strategy, forecasts, business cases, and budgeting.
• Working knowledge of the product development lifecycle with proven experience in all phases.
• Demonstrated success in scaling developer ecosystems and marketplace integration is strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience building and managing API-based products with a deep understanding of developer personas and their expectations.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or UCaaS is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize product backlog based on business impact and feasibility.
• Manage the Engineering backlog from requirements definition through prioritization of initiatives, tracking each to successful release.
• Communicate product plans and gain stakeholder support from executives and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including technical documentation and integration tutorials.
• Define and track success metrics using product usage, feedback, financial performance, and market trends.
• Engage with developer communities and external partners to gather feedback and expand the integration ecosystem.
