Requirements:

• Customer-First mindset and passion for supporting customer-facing teams.
• Strong communication skills with a willingness to engage with customers and translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with SQL and data visualization software (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar statistical tools is a plus.
• Results-oriented with responsibility for executing recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, pivot, work autonomously, and embrace a learning culture.
• Prior experience in management consulting, finance, strategy & operations is a plus.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide data-driven, operational, and decision-making support to the Customer Success organization and management team.
• Support operating cadence of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analysis, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Maintain headcount and capacity forecast, liaise with leadership and finance on risks and opportunities.
• Understand global demands and partner with leaders on regional projects.
• Respond to business requests, compile root cause analyses, and solve common issues.
• Support cross-functional programs and processes to drive performance and productivity improvements.
