Requirements:
  • Minimum Associate’s degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, also in a healthcare-related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of coding experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of managing coders in outpatient or inpatient settings.
  • Current CCS, CRC, or CPC certification required.
  • Experience in Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment, CDI, Medicaid, Commercial RA, and HEDIS.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA patient privacy requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and advanced problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications, especially Excel.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful implementation, coding, and result delivery of client projects.
  • Oversee the coding phase of client projects to ensure adherence to requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Respond to client needs and proactively resolve coding issues.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports by analyzing relevant data.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Establish and execute project communication plans.
  • Facilitate change requests to manage impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate the development of user manuals and training materials.
  • Manage client satisfaction during project duration.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure effective resource use and define productivity benchmarks.
