Requirements:
  • 7+ years sales experience, specifically in LATAM.
  • 4+ years in partner building and enablement.
  • Experience with LATAM partners.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Experience in partner enablement or management.
  • Bonus points for experience with application performance, observability, SaaS, and major cloud providers.
Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, qualify, enable and build partner relationships throughout LATAM.
  • Grow users, consumption, and net new logos through partner set.
  • Build, track, and report metrics for partner success.
  • Act as trusted resource for partners in your portfolio.
  • Work with various business units within New Relic.
  • Lead partner relationship & enablement initiatives.
  • Support partner onboarding and experience.
  • Update and build playbooks for generating business.
  • Collect and evangelize partner success journeys.
  • Distribute partner success & enablement content.
  • Measure program efficiency across partners.
  • Expected to travel approximately 50% of the time.
