Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with deep learning models.
• 2+ years of experience with mainstream ML frameworks like Tensorflow and Pytorch.
• 3+ years of experience in training, evaluating, testing, and deploying models.
• 3+ years of experience with large-scale data generation pipelines.
• Experience in ads domain and conversion modeling is a plus.
• Experience with recommendation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced and scalable deep learning models for app conversions.
• Design strategies for signal loss mitigation to ensure prediction accuracy.
• Research, implement, and launch new model architectures.
• Perform feature engineering on various raw data types.
• Mentor team members and advocate for cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to team strategy and planning.
