Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2+ years of similar Accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel including vlookup and pivot tables.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle Accounts Receivable including invoicing, collections, and customer support.
• Own daily bank and credit card transactions along with weekly reconciliations.
• Regularly reconcile vendor invoices against internal databases and communicate discrepancies.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly close activities such as revenue analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identify issues, drive improvements, and optimize processes to support global growth.
• Partner cross-functionally to establish best practices and advise on process improvements.
• Liaise with external auditors on annual audits to ensure compliance.
