Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in FX and CFD brokerage in a sales role.
• Previous Sales Manager job title in the FX industry in Turkey, Montenegro, or Cyprus.
• Proven track record in sales with own book of business or ability to generate leads.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets including FX, Commodities, and Equities.
• Strong leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
• Proficiency in sales planning and execution.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills.
• Organizational acumen for balancing sales and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Identify and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Money Managers.
• Leverage events and networks to source high-value clients.
• Establish and achieve branch-specific sales targets.
• Guide the team on client trading needs and prepare proposals.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Oversee branch operations and develop risk mitigation strategies.
