Requirements:
  • Experience working with large datasets to analyze audience behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • Foundational understanding of media fundamentals including funnel/campaign structures, tracking, and optimization approaches.
  • Dependable, self-starter with a positive attitude and strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate across different teams.
  • Familiarity with audience platforms like Nielsen, MRI-Simmons, Global Web Index, or Comscore is ideal but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Own New Business Audience Analyses by managing all new business appraisal audience analysis requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery to support the revenue division.
  • Support existing client needs by completing audience analyses based on new business appraisal demand.
  • Help research, onboard, and optimize new tools and technologies to enhance the audience development process and improve efficiency.
  • Refine and improve the new business audience analysis processes and templates to increase efficiencies.
  • Actively participate in team projects, share ideas, and provide constructive feedback to foster collaboration.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify challenges and suggest solutions to improve processes or outcomes while employing AI technologies.
