Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a legal role.
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial agreements with an emphasis on privacy and data protection provisions.
• Strong analytical, legal, and research skills are essential.
• Possession of a master's degree in law.
• Fluency in English, including legal documentation.
• Must be goal-oriented, ambitious, and willing to work hard.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, draft, and review agreements with a focus on privacy provisions including data processing agreements, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain privacy policies, cookie policies, and internal data protection procedures in compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments for new products and partnerships to evaluate privacy risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide recommendations to various teams (IT, HR, Marketing) regarding data protection best practices to ensure daily operations meet privacy requirements.
• Develop and manage data breach incident response protocols, coordinating with IT and management to assess risk and report to authorities.
