Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
• 5+ years product marketing or sales experience in enterprise technologies.
• Experience in cloud/SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated track record of customer engagement.
• Ability to influence teams across organizational boundaries.
• Data-driven mindset to analyze trends and make recommendations.
• Experience in developing customer-facing marketing and sales collateral.
• Ability to simplify complex product messaging.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills and work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Work with outside software and services vendors to develop messaging, go-to-market strategy, and customer-facing tactics for cross-platform business solutions.
• Partner with sales teams to understand and create resources that maximize business impact.
• Deliver compelling messaging for product capabilities, partnership strategy, buyer personas, and use cases.
• Build and manage an internal product information portal to influence competitive sales opportunities globally.
• Identify and develop customer stories, including references, testimonials, and case studies.
• Create educational content and resources that showcase Smartsheet's products.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to create self-service educational assets and track performance.
