Requirements:

• 5+ years in Product Management / Strategic Partnerships roles.
• Strong technical understanding to establish credibility with engineers.
• Ability to glean customer insights from data.
• Hands-on experience delivering business results.
• Ability to lead and influence team members at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills and accountability.
• Ability to work effectively with global remote teams across time zones.
• Experience in Enterprise Cloud SaaS.
• Deep appreciation for customer feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Interface directly with leaders at our customers and partners to shape solutions and ensure their success.
• Build deep relationships with strategic partners including Automotive Tier 1 and 2 suppliers, heavy-duty trailer OEMs, component suppliers, and external camera partners.
• Contribute to and drive execution of Samsara’s strategy to engage suppliers and expand product offerings.
• Research and build a pipeline of strategic vendors based on market needs.
• Leverage data to understand customers and market dynamics.
• Launch new features in collaboration with Design, Engineering and Marketing.
• Develop a technical understanding of products and collaborate on meaningful improvements.
• Seek improvements in product management practices and drive hyper-growth.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.
