Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, telecommunications, or technology.
• Experience in telecommunications with an understanding of cloud-based communications for the enterprise market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Teams, Salesforce, and content management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Define target audience segments and tailor strategies to address specific pain points and goals.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Sinch’s voice products.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
• Enable the sales team with value propositions and sales tools.
• Create messaging and positioning for Number Lookup.
• Produce high-quality promotional content.
• Collaborate with account teams for customer success stories.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
