Responsibilities:
  • Showcase Remote’s product portfolio (EOR, Contractor Management, Payroll, Remote Talent, etc) as a potential solution for existing customers via various communication methods.
  • Lead client conversations by educating users on platform features, understanding client challenges, and promoting product offerings for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Convert cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to meet quotas.
  • Share insights from customer interactions with internal teams to guide product development.
