Requirements:

• Proven collections experience is essential.
• Advanced Excel knowledge is essential.
• System knowledge – Zuora & Zendesk knowledge preferable.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is essential, with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sound time management, prioritisation and follow-up skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to recommend solutions and improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Daily collection activities including telephone and email follow up on lower value customer balances.
• Deliver fast and effective communication to all clients resolving queries within specific service level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform account/payment reconciliations.
• Respond to external and internal customers on account queries.
• Identify bad debts and escalate accordingly.
