Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years of experience working on commercial transactions, preferably with at least one year in-house experience.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects, follow through, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to advise cross-functional stakeholders and balance commercial objectives with policies and risk management.
• Experience supporting a high volume sales process.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a rapid-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and drafting a variety of customer and vendor agreements including SOWs, MSAs, and NDAs.
• Collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams.
• Analyzing and advising on risks, providing mitigation options.
• Maintaining a contracts database and improving workflows for stakeholders.
• Creating playbooks and a knowledge base to scale legal operations.
