Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance experiences.
  • Oversee collection, analysis, and reporting of recruitment data.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain accurate records.
  • Administer and optimize Greenhouse as the primary ATS.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and managing talent.
  • Provide training to Talent Acquisition team members.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors for system issues and upgrades.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for recruitment.
  • Develop and promote the Candidate Referral Program.
  • Align recruitment strategies with business growth and manage hiring needs.
  • Manage the Bar Raiser program to elevate talent quality.
  • Leverage experience with system integrations for data flow between platforms.
