- Sales / Marketing / HR / business-oriented degree, ideally in a fast-paced and international environment.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and optimize processes.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Data-savvy with ability to analyze performance metrics (e.g., cost per hire).
- Proficiency in common Office applications or Google Workspace; good knowledge of Excel.
- Proactive, solution-oriented work style.
- Familiarity with the HR/People field and understanding of marketing strategies in talent acquisition.
- Fluency in English required; German language skills are a strong plus.
- Take ownership in building, optimizing, monitoring, and scaling up all recruiting channels.
- Negotiate contracts with external service providers under guidance.
- Monitor and project budget for the Talent Acquisition team group-wide.
- Collaborate with the local Talent Acquisition team to adapt individual channels and derive process improvements.
- Analyze data performance tracking to understand channel impact.
