Requirements:
  • Sales / Marketing / HR / business-oriented degree, ideally in a fast-paced and international environment.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and optimize processes.

  • Take ownership in building, optimizing, monitoring, and scaling up all recruiting channels.
  • Negotiate contracts with external service providers under guidance.
  • Monitor and project budget for the Talent Acquisition team group-wide.
  • Collaborate with the local Talent Acquisition team to adapt individual channels and derive process improvements.
  • Analyze data performance tracking to understand channel impact.
