Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Fleet Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in fleet management or logistics role with supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of fleet operations, maintenance, and industry regulations.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced sectors like food delivery or q-commerce.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily fleet operations including captain acquisition and fleet equipment management.
  • Ensure fleet efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with fleet partners, captains, and supervisors.
  • Track KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage fleet budget by monitoring expenses and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.
  • Prepare reports on fleet performance and operational metrics, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively address and resolve operational issues.
