Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS Account Executive role, preferably focused on federal sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in achieving measurable business results in complex sales environments.
  • Experience managing consultative sales with long sales cycles.
  • Strong ability to work across functions and thrive in a team environment.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS, IoT, and UAV technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in SalesForce.com, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Responsibilities:
  • Be on the front lines with Federal customers and provide solutions for real-time operations.
  • Partner with the Axon sales team to implement strategic sales plans.
  • Foster relationships with key decision-makers in Federal space.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and demonstrations of Axon's RTA solutions.
