Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience in SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Windows and all Microsoft O365 applications is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with relevant software applications
  • Strong communication abilities to explain technical details to non-technical users
  • Relevant certifications like A+ or ITIL is a plus
  • Working experience in Zoho platform – Zoho People and Expense preferred
  • Knowledge in Azure, Intune, cloud-based backup services
  • English communication - both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • IT Support - Resolve IT issues reported by team on hardware and software (Windows, O365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Xero, Dynamics 365 Sales, etc.)
  • Manage support tickets - Level 1 & 2
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications
  • Troubleshoot complex issues
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Onboard or Offboard internal employees timely
  • Manage E-mail Accounts
  • Manage access in various applications
  • Laptop Configuration, etc.
  • Account creation and maintenance for various applications
  • Document Standard operating procedures and documents for internal usage
  • Involve in various IT initiatives and IT Security initiatives
  • Other ad hoc IT responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager
  • Exposure to working in MS Forms, Zoho forms, Zoho flow, and automation.
