Requirements:

• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in Design and User Experience.
• Understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Basic knowledge of user research methods and usability testing techniques.
• General understanding of web and mobile design principles.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good understanding of human-centered design principles.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the UX or UI field.
• Ability to communicate your design approach to others.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting user research and producing usability testing reports.
• Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes for focused interfaces.
• Assist in designing and analyzing conversion optimization tests.
• Support the creation of information architecture deliverables.
• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Participate in team learning sessions and Design Time meetings.
• Work closely with direct stakeholders on project deliverables.
• Build experience within specific areas of UX design.
• Execute tasks autonomously after receiving direction from senior team members.
