Requirements:
  • Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events and providing guidance on employment laws.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes, identifying automation opportunities.
  • Efficiency in operations with a focus on record-keeping and data integrity.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable collaborating asynchronously using various tools.
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and resolve end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions, emphasizing exceptional employment experience.
  • Manage modifications to Employment Agreements for both internal and external employees.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities.
  • Assist with critical initiatives impacting numerous employees and support HR and financial audits.
  • Develop and update global documentation for Contracts Management.
  • Provide guidance and manage client requests on various HR matters.
  • Draft and maintain employee lifecycle documents with attention to detail.
  • Process employee lifecycle events on Remote’s internal HRIS platform.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to overall customer and employee experience.
