  • Communicate effectively with clients and monitor performance.
  • Proactively identify issues and lead remedial actions.
  • Mentor account managers and keep the Group Account Director informed regarding key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute patient engagement programs.
  • Oversee activities related to client account support, including strategy meetings and budget reconciliations.
