Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales roles at MNCs, consulting, e-commerce, or startups.
  • Strong management skills to effectively motivate and manage the team.
  • Flexibility to adjust to non-standard operating hours of restaurants and shops.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to travel, work remotely, and perform under pressure.
  • Outgoing personality and confident demeanor.
  • Proactive in leading independent projects.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Creative thinker willing to challenge the status quo.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for acquiring partnerships between foodpanda and top-quality Shops.
  • Drive B2B sales and secure new partnerships with vendors.
  • Collect feedback from restaurants and shops, monitor competitors, and suggest improvements.
  • Exceed sales targets and maintain vendor accounts to enhance retention and development.
  • Act as a local market expert providing recommendations on top restaurants and shops.
  • Conduct cold calls, in-person meetings, and promote foodpanda services to vendors.
