Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in K12 sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of relationships with Texas K12 school districts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
  • Experience working with CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Knowledge of the K12 education landscape and familiarity with SEL programs is a plus.
  • Texas-based is a must.
Responsibilities:
  • Canvas, pitch, and close new partnerships within strategic markets.
  • Develop account strategies, goals, objectives, and action plans for accounts.
  • Build market position by locating, developing, and defining business relationships at the district and state level within the K-12 space.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the research, content, and key selling points of our product.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective customer sales journey and drive upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Track sales activities in Hubspot, manage a pipeline of leads, and meet/exceed sales quota.
