Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Strong experience and knowledge of the security space focusing on the Identity category.
• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on enterprise SaaS and PLG strategies.
• Expertise in e-commerce systems, SaaS pricing models, and bundling approaches.
• Experience with product experience platforms such as Gainsight, Pendo, or WalkMe.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PLG strategy and roadmap to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
• Be the go-to expert on PLG, e-commerce, trials, and bundling strategies to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate across teams to support strategic initiatives spanning multiple products.
• Lead the full product lifecycle: ideation, execution, and delivery.
• Engage regularly with customers to refine strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Translate objectives into clear product requirements for detailed roadmaps.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and evaluate impacts.
• Lead e-commerce, trials, and bundles to drive adoption.
• Support go-to-market strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Oversee A/B tests to optimize product features.
• Partner with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams.
• Present growth performance and insights to senior management.
