Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding management, Account, or Customer Care roles.
  • Expertise in iGaming/Trading Affiliate Marketing.
  • Experience with CRM solutions such as Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.
  • Experience with customer success solutions like ChurnZero, Gainsight, etc.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
  • Passionate, proactive, and responsible for ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Guide new customers through product setup and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to track goals and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs to assess progress and demonstrate product value.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries, issues, or complaints.
  • Foster trust and strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Reduce churn by addressing risks and improving retention.
  • Track and analyze success metrics like NPS and Churn Rate.
