Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding management, Account, or Customer Care roles.
- Expertise in iGaming/Trading Affiliate Marketing.
- Experience with CRM solutions such as Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.
- Experience with customer success solutions like ChurnZero, Gainsight, etc.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
- Passionate, proactive, and responsible for ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through product setup and product demonstrations.
