Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in startups or scale-ups.
• Experience in growth-focused product management, including activation, retention, and LTV metrics.
• Strong data skills; understanding key product metrics and their application in decision making.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focusing on outcomes, time to market, and ROI.
• Proven ability to partner with tech leads for efficient delivery.
• Hands-on experience with PLG strategies (Reforge or ProductLed).
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and complex idea simplification.
• Experience with Jira, Figma, and Slack as basic tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead growth-focused product initiatives, improving user adoption, retention, and LTV metrics.
• Improve the product experience and convenience by integrating with key partners and platforms.
• Collaborate with the tech lead to ensure the team maintains high pace and delivery quality.
• Use data, user feedback, and analysis to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively, and track product impact.
• Support Product-Led Growth strategies by ensuring the product drives adoption, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Align product efforts with company goals, ensuring initiatives deliver tangible business results.
• Improve internal processes to increase team efficiency and reduce time to market.
• Be hands-on in product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration for a seamless user experience.
• Guide other product team members towards success.
