Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in phone sales, either as an inside sales representative or in outbound sales.
• Prior experience as a Team Lead and people manager is ideal.
• Experience selling for technology or SaaS companies is a plus.
• Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM tools for dashboards and reports is required.

Responsibilities:

• As an Inside Sales Team Leader, you will inspire and guide a dedicated US-based team.
• You will set ambitious goals and evaluate team performance to drive Booksy's objectives.
• Responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads via calls, SMS, and email.
• You will also need to meet personal sales goals, reflecting those of regular representatives.
• Additionally, you will become knowledgeable about Booksy products and manage your team's provider pipeline.
